The Stars come out to support the National Memorial Groundbreaking Ceremony in Washington, D.C. On November 13

It is estimated that more than 5,000 VIPs and citizens will attend the ceremony.

Poet and Novelist Maya Angelou to Perform Award-Winning Original Poem, "An Amazing Peace"
The Judds - Wynonna and Naomi - to Make Rare Public Appearance to Dedicate Their Grammy Award-Winning Single 'Love Can Build a Bridge' to the Memory of America's Civil Rights and Social Justice Hero
Hallmark Channel CEO Henry Schleiff, Member of the Blue-Chip, National MLK Building Foundation Committee
Also scheduled to appear are President George W. Bush, former President William Jefferson Clinton, Oprah Winfrey, America's famed novelist Dr. Maya Angelou, and dignitaries, including U.S. Congressman John Lewis, Reverend Jesse Jackson, U.S. Congressman Harold Ford, Jr., teacher and activist Dorothy Height, opera sensation Denyce Graves and Dr. King's children - Yolanda Denise King, Dexter Scott King, Martin Luther King III and Bernice Albertine King. The event is hosted by CNN's Soledad O'Brien and PBS talk show host Tavis Smiley.
